O&O Software offers special discounts off the retail price for persons and institutions shown above.

How to order

To qualify for the excellent PUBLIC Institution license conditions you must provide O&O Software with acceptable evidence before or with your order that your institution belongs to one groups of intitutions specified above. In addition to this you need to ensure that the acquired PUBLIC Institution licenses will only be used within stated public institution. Usually, an order printed on the public institution's official letter-head will be accepted by Main Marketing Services and O&O Software. Please make sure you declare that you want to order PUBLIC Institution licenses.

Please Note: A subsequent refund of the difference between the price for the normal license and the PUBLIC Institution license is not possible if a standard license has already been acquired. PUBLIC Institution licenses are not available within the O&O EasyLicensing-program.

Validity of PUBLIC Institution licenses

The software supplied with a PUBLIC Institution license is identical to a normally licensed version of the specific O&O software product. PUBLIC Institution licenses include full rights to update and upgrade the products and O&O Software offers special PUBLIC Institution update prices for its product updates. Updating from or to PUBLIC Institution licenses to or from normal licenses is possible.
